Q: Can I mix & match sizes of wine for the case discount?
A: You cannot mix different sizes of wines (ex. 750ml, 1.5L, 3L, etc.) for the wine case discount. It will only apply for all of one size
REWARDS PROGRAM IS IN STORE ONLY:
Q: How do I sign up?A: You can sign up in-store at any register. Just ask an associate, and they’ll be happy to help get you enrolled.
Q: What do I receive with my membership?A: Once your account information is set up, you’ll gain access to member-only pricing on rewards products. You’ll also earn points with every eligible purchase, which can be redeemed for rewards.
Q: How do I earn points?A: You earn 1 point for every $1 spent. Once you reach 1,000 points, you’ll receive a $5 reward.
Q: Can I use my points or rewards online?A: No, our rewards program is valid for in-store purchases only. Points cannot be earned or redeemed online.
Q: Do rewards expire?A: Yes, all rewards will expire annually on June 1st.
DELIVERY:
Q: Do you deliver to SUNY Oneonta or Hartwick campus?
A: We do not delivery to either college campus.
Q: Why is delivery not available where I live?
A: Liquor Depot and our third-party delivery services can only deliver within a certain radius.
Q: How much does delivery cost?
A: The cost of delivery will be determined at the time of check-out and is based on miles.
SHIPPING:
Q: Where do you ship?A: We currently ship to Alaska, Washington, D.C., Florida, and New York.
Please note that some states restrict shipments of certain wines. For the most up-to-date information, refer to the Wine Institute’s state shipping regulations.
Q: How much does shipping cost?A: Shipping rates are based on the weight of your order and the selected shipping method (e.g., Ground, 2-Day). Your total shipping cost will be calculated and displayed in your cart at checkout.
Q: What happens if no one is available to sign for delivery?A: UPS will leave a delivery notice with instructions for rescheduling or picking up your package at a local facility. After three unsuccessful delivery attempts, the shipment will be returned to us. If this happens, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
Q: What should I do if I receive a broken bottle?A: Please inspect the package before accepting delivery. If you notice any signs of damage (such as damp spots on the box), do not accept it. The carrier will notify us, and we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
